A school is only as good as the people who run it. Ours are educators first — on campus daily, known to parents by name. Here is who we are, and why we built this.
From the Proprietor
We built a school we would be glad to send our own children to.
SEADDO Academy was founded on a simple conviction: that a child’s earliest years decide the shape of everything that follows. We built a school we would be glad to send our own children to — and that is still the only test we apply to any decision made here.
That conviction shows up as plain rigour. General academic standards have fallen, and many schools have answered by inflating results so the report card reads well. We do the opposite: honest marking, an honest conversation with you about where your child actually stands, and the work to move them forward. Classes stay small enough that a struggling child is noticed in week two, not at the end of term.
One thing does shape our curriculum in an unusual way. Alongside running the school, Ibrahim Addo Emmanuel is a full-stack software developer with over a decade of professional experience, building and shipping production software for clients across Nigeria, Africa, Europe and North America. He designed our coding and STEM pathway himself, drawing on what the industry actually demands rather than what a textbook assumes — so computing here is taught by someone who has spent ten years being paid to get it right.
He also teaches programming publicly on YouTube, breaking it down for beginners in plain, unhurried language — the same approach our pupils meet in the classroom.

From the Proprietress
I did not take this work to sit in an office.
I am a certified educator with a B.Sc. in Education, and I have taught and worked across several schools before this one. That experience is exactly why I am not the kind of proprietress who runs a school from behind a desk.
I am in the classrooms. I teach, I guide, I sit with the child who is struggling, and I work with our teachers on how we are going to move that child forward. You will find me where the work is happening rather than waiting for a report about it — and that is also how I know, first-hand, whether what we promise parents is actually being delivered.
What we are raising matters to me as much as what we are teaching. Sound children. God-fearing children. Children who grow up to build things — entrepreneurs and industrialists who create work rather than wait for it. That does not begin at university. It begins with how a child is taught and treated on an ordinary Tuesday morning.
